These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of yessirtravel.com and the cruise reservation services provided by Yessir Travel. By calling our toll-free line, submitting a contact request, or completing a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Role
Yessir Travel is a third-party cruise reservation agency. We help customers find, compare, and reserve cruise sailings supplied by independent cruise lines. We do not own or operate any vessels, ports of call, or shore excursion vendors. We do not control cruise pricing, availability, schedules, or cruise-line policies. Yessir Travel is a registered member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA License No. 14017953).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to use the payment method provided. By booking, you confirm that the personal information provided for all travelers (name, date of birth, citizenship, and any document details) is accurate and complete as required by the cruise line.
3. Quotes & Reservations
Quotes are based on cruise line availability and pricing at the time of inquiry. Cruise pricing, taxes, port fees, and inventory can change at any moment until a deposit has been processed and the cruise line has issued a confirmed booking. We are not obligated to honor a quote whose pricing has been withdrawn or corrected by the cruise line prior to confirmation.
4. Pricing Transparency
Each quote will identify the components of the total charge: cruise fare, taxes, port fees, gratuities (where pre-paid), and our service fee (if any). Yessir Travel does not advertise or guarantee "lowest fare" or "best price" outcomes. Prices we offer reflect the cruise-line rates available to us through our booking channels at the time of inquiry.
5. Payment Authorization
By providing payment details to Yessir Travel, you authorize charges for: (a) the cruise reservation itself, payable to the cruise line; (b) applicable taxes and port fees; (c) any pre-paid add-ons you select; and (d) any disclosed Yessir Travel service fee. Charges may appear on your statement under our name, the cruise line's name, or both.
6. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents — passport, visa, vaccination certificates, and any documentation required by the cruise line, port countries, or the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Yessir Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or missed sailing due to inadequate, expired, or mismatched documentation.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the cruise line's published rules and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Service fees charged by Yessir Travel are non-refundable.
8. Itinerary Changes by the Cruise Line
Cruise lines reserve the right to modify or cancel sailings, change ports of call, substitute ships, or alter onboard amenities for safety, weather, mechanical, regulatory, or operational reasons. Yessir Travel is not responsible for these changes. Compensation, where applicable, is determined by the cruise line and governed by the cruise ticket contract issued to the traveler.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Insurance products are issued by third-party insurance carriers under their own terms and conditions. Yessir Travel does not act as an insurance agent or insurer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yessir Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of cruise operations, missed sailings, itinerary changes, port substitutions, lost baggage, illness, injury, or denied boarding. Liability for those matters rests with the cruise line under its ticket contract with the traveler.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to Yessir Travel for the booking giving rise to the claim.
11. Communication Consent
By providing your phone or email, you authorize Yessir Travel to contact you regarding inquiries, quotes, bookings, or service updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by emailing us. Service-related messages may continue while you have an active booking.
12. Website Use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, scraping, harvesting data, or attempting to disrupt service. All website content — text, design, layout, and logos — is owned by Yessir Travel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Third-Party Links & Content
Our site may link to third-party sites — cruise line portals, payment processors, insurance providers. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Yessir Travel is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The version posted at the time of your interaction or booking applies. Continued use of our services after revisions are posted indicates acceptance.
